Join us for an invigorating session of Chair Yoga/Pilates! This gathering is perfect for individuals who want to experience the benefits of yoga & Pilates in a gentle & accessible way without getting down on the floor. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class will help you improve flexibility, balance, & strength while maintaining overall physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual well-being.

No need to worry about mats or complicated poses, as we'll be using chairs to support & modify traditional yoga & Pilates poses. You will be guided through a series of movements, stretches, & mindful breathing exercises. Chair Yoga/Pilates is suitable for all ages & fitness levels, so come as you are & enjoy a relaxing, yet rejuvenating session.

Saturdays @ 11:11 we‘ll meet up online via Zoom & run through a gentle hatha inspired session. Designed for those who may only have time to dedicate to yoga on weekends or who may desire to add to their current active practice. The focus will be getting the most out of our session with efficient, energizing, and strength-building postures.

🌞 Mindful Morning Mudras & Meditation 🤌🏼

Start your week with intention, calm, and clarity.

Join us every Monday morning for a gentle, meditative yoga class focused on mindfulness, mudras (hand gestures that guide energy flow), and meditation. This class is designed to help you ease into the week with grace, presence, and a grounded mind-body connection.

A 1998 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association found that a yoga-based regimen was more effective than wrist splinting for reducing pain and improving grip strength in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome. The benefits come from the specific stretches and movements that target the wrist, hand, and forearm.
