Start your week with intention, calm, and clarity.

Join us every Monday morning for a gentle, meditative yoga class focused on mindfulness, mudras (hand gestures that guide energy flow), and meditation. This class is designed to help you ease into the week with grace, presence, and a grounded mind-body connection.

A 1998 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association found that a yoga-based regimen was more effective than wrist splinting for reducing pain and improving grip strength in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome. The benefits come from the specific stretches and movements that target the wrist, hand, and forearm.
