"Dani is an amazing teacher! I started taking my kids to her Kids Class over a year ago. At first, I wondered how she could possibly get (then) 4-and 6-year-olds to do yoga for an hour. I was so surprised! She doesn't just teach them yoga. She teaches them when to use slow breathing (when you're mad, sad, tired, not tired but have to go to bed, happy, and any time!). Some classes, she uses a book and incorporates a yoga pose for every page based on the story. She has introduced them to mindfulness through mindful coloring: notice how the crayon feels coloring on the paper, how two colors look next to each other, how the crayon feels in your hand. My kids absolutely love their time with Miss Dani. She is talented and knowledgeable about yoga and is a wonderful teacher for both kids and adults!"
